TaxByKK provides a legal and tax research assistant that helps users query GST and related documents through supported AI assistants. You can contact us at contact@taxbykk.com.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect basic account information such as your name, email address, profile picture, Google account identifier, and email verification status. We use this only to identify your account, manage access, and connect your subscription to the correct user.
When you subscribe, Razorpay processes payment details. TaxByKK stores subscription status, plan information, payment references, billing cycle dates, and webhook events required to keep your access accurate. We do not store full card, UPI, or bank mandate details.
When you use TaxByKK MCP, your requests are processed to return source-backed answers. We may store operational metadata such as route, tool name, status, latency, account identifier, and entitlement status for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability. We avoid storing secrets or unnecessary legal query payloads in logs.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used only for authentication, account identity, subscription access, support, and security. TaxByKK does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Service Providers
We use trusted infrastructure and payment providers, including Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for application data, Razorpay for billing, and document-processing infrastructure used to answer MCP research requests. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
Using TaxByKK Inside Claude or ChatGPT
TaxByKK connects to AI assistants such as Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) over the Model Context Protocol. When you use TaxByKK through one of these assistants, your messages and how the assistant processes them are governed by that provider's own privacy policy. TaxByKK receives only your authenticated account identity and the specific research request needed to return source-backed answers, and does not use your queries to train AI models or share them with unrelated third parties.
Retention
Account, billing, and entitlement records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, audit, security, and support purposes. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for reliability and security.
Your Choices
You may sign out, revoke Google access from your Google Account, cancel your plan from the TaxByKK dashboard where available, or contact us to request account or data deletion subject to applicable legal and billing retention obligations.
Security
We use HTTPS, OAuth-based login, access checks, server-side entitlement verification, and restricted operational logging to protect user accounts and service access.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
